Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Check

  Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached; items must be in their original packaging to be eligible.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
